DESCRIPTION

The DRC-800 is a full-range ceiling speaker designed to drop into a 2’x2’ suspended grid ceiling space without having to cut holes or modify ceiling tiles – offering an easy and cost-effective installation with a minimum of mess. The low profile depth of only 100mm (3.9”) allows the speaker to fit into areas where deeper loudspeakers do not. A convenient built-in adjustable 100V/70V line transformer for use in commercial audio installations is conveniently accessible and located on the side of the rear baffle. 4-pin phoenix type pluggable terminal block provides a confident connection between the speaker and amplifier. A safety hook is equipped for removing the hazard of potential falls by attaching a safety strap (safety strap not included). This speaker provides excellent performance for use in paging, distributed audio and background music applications found in business, office, education, hospitality, transportation areas and more.
